Plank & Pixel sells seats in classes and events delivered in person at our shop in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Nothing is shipped. Your purchase reserves a seat in the sessions associated with that class.
Your registration is fulfilled when the session takes place at the scheduled date, time, and location. A confirmation email is sent after checkout.
It is the responsibility of the student — and, for participants under 18, the parent or guardian — to show up to the scheduled session on time and prepared. We do not provide make-up sessions, credits, or refunds for missed classes.
All sales are final. Enrollment is non-refundable once payment is complete.
Plank & Pixel reserves the right to issue a refund in whole or in part at its sole discretion, including when we cancel a class or otherwise determine a refund is warranted. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
